Honey and Milk Bath Soak

This blend is said to provide glowing skin and antioxidants that create soft, flawless skin. To try it out, just mix 1-2 cups of powdered milk ans 1-3 cups of honey into running water. Rose and Chamomile Bath Soak

All you will need is 10 drops of rose essential oil, 10 drops chamomile essential oil, and 2 cups of dead sea salt. Chamomile essential oil can also help lift the spirit as well as help fade scars and spots on the face and skin.
